Where we work
Appointments run in person or by video, and the standard of assessment is the same either way. Bloodwork goes to a laboratory near you and prescriptions go to your own pharmacy, so nobody is driving across the county twice. Serving women across Austin and nearby.
Virtual or in person
Whether a Austin appointment needs a room depends on what the appointment is for, and the first one usually does not. The first consultation works either way. A video appointment covers the history, the symptoms and the decision perfectly well, and plenty of women prefer it for a conversation they would rather have at home.
Blood pressure has to be measured somewhere, which is the one practical argument for coming in at least once. Some women use a home monitor and bring the readings instead, and that is acceptable if the device is a validated one.
Three-month and annual reviews are almost always fine remotely, and that is how most women run them after the first appointment. The detail sits in low energy and fatigue, low libido and weight gain for the rest of it. A three-month or annual review rarely needs a room, so distance from Austin stops mattering once the first appointment is behind you.
From anywhere
By phone or through the contact form. Tell us whether you would rather come in or use video.
Symptoms, cycle history, medical and family history, and whether hormone therapy suits you.
The request goes to a collection site near you. Results come back to us, not to you to chase.
Usually remote. Booked before you leave the first appointment rather than left to chance.

Patient reviews
I had been waking three or four times a night for two years and had been told it was just stress. The consultation actually went through my cycle history. Six weeks on a patch and I am sleeping through.
What I wanted was someone who would talk about the risks honestly rather than sell me something. They walked through the clot data and why a patch suited me better than tablets.
The brain fog was the part nobody warned me about. Having a clinician tell me it was a recognized symptom and not early dementia was worth the appointment on its own.
It took two dose changes before things settled, which they had told me upfront might happen. The three-month review was booked before I left the first appointment.
